:tongue Here's a shocker.. Yambo.biz news.

Quote:
We regret to inform you that Yambo Financials Ltd. (www.yambo.biz),
despite our efforts, will have no choice but to stop processing all
credit card transactions on Thursday, July 10, 2003. We were recently
informed by our european bank (one of the largest banks in Europe
and one of the last that was willing to work with Aggregators and \"IPSP\'s\")
that the Aggregators and IPSP\'s they work with are being closed due
to the pressure and administrative requirements passed down by
Visa/MC. By losing this merchant relationship, we have no practical
and technical way to maintain our current client database.
We are sorry for all invconveniences this may or may have caused to
your business and want to thank you for doing business with our
company.

AC Pay just changed their company name to EGS Pay and will now operate as such. This may be nothing, but obviously one wonders if they are somehow no longer able to operate as they did previously. I certainly hope not, as I have had nothing but great experiences with them so far.

don't come crying when this one goes down - all of these companies that are doing end around games with VISA are doomed. It's pretty obvious VISA now has this whole business sized up and is watching it like a hawk. Stay with the IPSP's who
are dealing with the situation head on, not trying to hide and finesse their way around VISA.

Mutt, why do you say AC Pay is hiding? They are facing VISA head on exaclty like Epoch, CCbill, and others did last year. The only difference was the rules did not apply to them a year ago. Now that they do AC Pay is changing everything to comply.

*shrug* They've still yet to screw anyone, just can't process CC's for sites anymore which is no big shock. That always was shaky at best.

The guy tried and fought against the odds. As long as he goes out with everyone paid money owing then bloody good luck to him. As far as I can see it still doesn't affect his secondary business of P2P stuff.

Can't see the point in bashing the guy until he screws people. It may or may not happen but it still hasn't happened yet.

Hello,

Just want to tell everybody, that credit card processing services WAS NOT and IS NOT our main and leading activity. Yes, we stopped processing for small and shitty websites (for those who know me personally - that is better to talk to me on icq - we still have a solution). Our banking services ARE UP AND RUNNING. In the nearest future we'll get an offshore banking license and will start acting as a real offshore bank.

Jact - you're just an asshole. I always wanted to help you whenever you had problems with yambo - and now you act like this? You'll get your money right today and please stop talking to me.

ONCE AGAIN - WE ARE NOT OUT OF BUSINESS.

How exactly am I acting, Max? I posted your email here to let people know what was happening. I'm glad to hear that our transactions will be settled, look forward to it. As for me being an asshole, you're right, I'm an asshole plain and simple. I don't try to sugar coat it either.

Its the banks playing god again, we were forced to change our bank as all of sudden they offered the same service and rather than compete openly with us wanted to kill our connection.

I feel for them its a tough world and all we are trying to do is make a living, god luck for the future. If you want to continue your financial arm contact me as I may be able to help you out with some contacts.

If not is your customer base up for sale as I am i touch with people who are in the process of offering this type of service and they may be interested in this.

Paul

Hansm,

The problem that yambo can no longer satisfy your needs doesn't mean it is out of business. And I see no reason not to trust me. Have I ever cheated on you? Did I steal your money? I just told you - the service is no longer available. I am honest with you.

What happened to our processing/billing service, paypal payments and so only means that we are growing. Nothing else.

Considering you promised me payment on July 4th (To be made on July 5th) and it (to my knowledge) still hasn't been sent, I think I have a right to make such a comment. I ICQ'd you yesterday and got no response, so I posted this, if you have a problem with it, answer your ICQ's once in awhile hey?
