You're supposed to drink a lot of water before you goto sleep so you dont dehydrate and wake up with a hangover. Once you got the hangover its already too late. May as well just jump out the window

partially true... always pound water before going to sleep yes.... but if you forget, pounding it when you wake up is better than just living with the pain....

No help for this one, but in the future...

get some charcoal pills.. take a couple or 3 bout once an hour while you're drinking.. down em with gatorade..

The pills help to remove the impurities that cause hangovers and the gatorade rehydrates and keeps the good goobies in yer guts..

I found that advil cold and sinus works real good, the psuedoephadrine in it makes you feel pretty good
