You can now Get Paid for Banner Impressions! :-)

Everyone,

Our CPM program has been completed. In order to get paid per impression you'll need to signup at the following URL:
http://wm.mtree.com/webmasters/cpm

The link to the CPM option is at the bottom of the members area. Only available to limited clients this week.

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks,

Shawn Boday

The terms list a required conversion ratio. But since my confirmation email welcomes me to your per sign up program and doesn't mention the cpm program I signed up for, I'm not sure if the terms and conditions page is for the cpm program either. Is there a conversion requirement for the cpm program?

I won't be able to use your hosted banners on most of my gallery pages. The TPG sites will consider them "trick banners" because they look like thumbs. The .004 per isn't enough to risk getting banned over. Have you considered tgp friendly banners?

On the pages I do list them on, can I post two on the same page?

Thanks.

Lightning,

You'll have to add me. 17855614. My list is too long.

MediaGuy,

The CPM banner option is down at the bottom of the members page when you signup under advanced mode.

You should see a textlink down there.

Whatever they pay for this pay per banner impression program, I suggest using them, especially if you do a lot of submitting to tgp's.

Getting listed on the larger sites will usually lose you as much money in bandwidth, if you use your own hosting, than you'll actually make. So this banner impression thing alone can pay off your bandwidth, and then you can potentially earn money with a second or third banner

In order to be a part of the CPM program you must have your account set to advanced mode.

The link to the CPM program is at the bottom of the members page.

Magnatique,

That's right.

We can track it better. Also, it gives us the ability to change the banner on the fly. When it starts getting a ton of impressions we will want to change it frequently.

What if you have no telnet access on your webhost. Is there another way of installing it?

I like the idea, but tried to install it and it said, installation complete but nothing happened after that. and I will not bother with something that does not work after half an hour of fiddling, so good luck to you all

If you need help installing the code please feel free to contact our support team.

Yes. You'll need telnet access to use this code.

Thanks,

Definitely seems like a hot new idea to make extra money from your traffic. But once again it would be considered as misleading advertising by most tgps. Has anyone tried it and what kind of response did you get?

I'm not concerned about how the owners will see it, as they'll know it's from SexT....

but more about the automated programs...

I have a question. Since the surfer still has to actually click on the banner, then isnt this just another banner click thru program?? and actually a very low paying one??

Also, since they are in full control of the banner, what happens if a banner goes up to something we dont like, like animal stuff, or anything we dont want to advertise...??

it doesn't require clicks, it's one of those purefuck audio banner .... and since it's actually a php page, it requires the user to press V, p, and another one... some guy on AWI made a test page..
http://www.pussylicker.net/test.php3

have a look guys..

too bad it's one of those audio one, can't use that with tgp submissions!

Have to agree with you on that one. The idea is great maybe if we can just kill the sound.

"the impression counts when the banner is clicked??"

Huh? That can't be right. That's a click, not an impression. An impression is just SHOWING an ad.
