Is the goverment infringing against the adultwebmaster freedom of speach. Are adult webmaster morally obligated to prevent minors from accessing there site. Are there ways to make the site only accessable by adults.

As an adult webmaster, I do not feel any morale obligation to prevent minors from viewing my site. That obligation is solely up to the parents and at the parents discretion. Parents are the only ones responsible for the morals of their children, not me or anyone else. If they can not or do not accept that responsibility, it can not and should not be put back onto me.

You know I look at the warning page as a no trespassing sign for minors. If your trespassing your breaking the law. The parents need to not use a computer hooked up to the net as a baby sitter.Watch your kids and see what they are doing. We take the time to have our websites rated and I always Max mine out to the full 4 across the board and if not the wording is highly porn related .The parent needs to take the time to look into one of the many software programs out there hell I.E. has a blocking program in it and it's free to use so they have no excuse!!

Impossible kids steal, borrow, what ever their parents card and bang it's the adult webmasters fault because they let the kid sign-up.Sorry unless the card is on a stolen or no good list when someone signs up you have to take it on faith that that person is the card holder and of age to have a card.
This is the Internet it's not like you meet the person face to face, and there has to be some kind of trust there. Most parents need to place their fuckin cards up higher cause it's their fault their kids are stealing, borrowing, whatever their cards.
The old man taught us (Old School) if you fuck up you got beat.So the next time we even taught of doing it, that beating always came to mind.
It never stopped us hehe we just got smarter

But Adult webmasters using game titles and toy names in their meta tags are wrong.
But like in any business you'll have good and bad business practices and people.
Just seams the Adult Webmaster is always under the spot light
Fuck We just had a cop that was in the dare program and he was the cop going around telling kids that drugs are bad for you he od'ed on junk he took from the evidence locker!!!
So you see evil is everywhere it's up to you to chose your path

Kids will have access to the internet unless their parents pay for it (in most cases.) It is the parents who leave the computer open for the children to use.

If I leave a loaded gun in a school, is it my fault for leaving the gun? or is it the fault of the gun makers for making the gun if a child runs around shooting people

We basically agree with Itchy. Index page with no porn on it, register it with the kiddie locksites and such. One thing we have been wondering about is kids having their own credit cards. Alot of parents around here have given their kids one to use. This could cause webmasters a problem in the future unless the card issuers do something to earmark the cards somehow.

How about this site? Ethical or not? http://angelamateurs.com/angelporn/b...r_entrance.htm

Kids these days getting into adult sites. Hmmm... What's the difference between that and kids from our generations getting into mom's/dad's porn mag/movie stash when we were growing up? In my opinion, there IS no difference. Only thing that has changed is the medium that the ADULTS are leaving unguarded.

If you don't want your kids to see porn, then don't have a porn stash and don't have an unmonitored connection to the Internet.

Also, talk to your kids and let them know the facts about morality, decency, ethics and what your stance is on matters like pornography. Educate them and then maybe, just maybe they will take up your same ideals. If not, then take proper precaution to shield them from the things you don't want them to see by limiting their access to places where they might encounter them. Lock-outs on cable boxes, content monitoring services on the Internet, etc.

Now... Is it right that people are spamming kids with porn invites on aol and by email? No way. The people that are doing that are NOT, in my opinion, honorable or ethically-minded individuals. THEY deserve to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

And those CP pushers? Let the victims and the victims' families have a shot at them.
