Any story is legal.

That being said...my sites do not have any subject matter that would be considered illegal if it were in a picture. ie. no underage characters, no non-consensual sex, etc. I don't need to make money off that shit.

Don't understand me wrong, with familiy I mean the more related family members (I as much against any form of child porn as you are). It is just that interfamily relationships are really mind guzzling, therefore I just wanted to know if I could even write about it. How that for your taboo site ;-)
