If you have the experience running and promoting a paysite ... I would definately go that route. If this is your first such site ... it is sometimes easiest to go the AVS route and leach some traffic from them while you gain experience.

your site is to simple and the names you use on your front page horriable pics some better names better yet just get rid of the site and dont even try it

I do wonder if Mailman knows the niche so well, why is he looking for work in another thread... I doubt it's due to not wanting to just sit around watching all those dollars roll in from supreme skills.

About the picture;
I would change it a bit... The background is two images I guess, one with someone and one with britney. I would put those together (don't know the word in english) can it be "fade" ?
when it looks like the images become one...

If you use photoshop, then it will be no problem.

This is what I think, but it looks cool now too, can be better...<font color="#505050">

Don't take the bitching of some people to serious.
Some here bitch on every site people show.
I would go for an AVS site since 120+ videos is not really enough for a paysite.
