Goodbye Mister Rogers

Today was the last episode

Along with Electric Company, it was one of my favorite childhood shows that wasn't a cartoon.

It's an end of an era...

Hello in Kansas!

Actually it is kinda sad, as much as everyone made fun of the guy you have to give him credit, how many shows do you know that can run for over 30 years anyhow.

I was more of a captain kangaroo person anyhow

Damn this is the kind of stuff I miss hearing about now that I live in the UK. A good old Pennsylvania based show too! Even if it is the wrong side of the state

I'm just glad that he isn't dead..thats what I thought this was going to say.

Captn Kangaroo rocked....remember all those ping pong balls? Not in a Pricilla way either!

Everyday when I was young : Sesame Street - Mister Rogers - 321 Contact. Contact was great and I loved the Bloodhound Gang bits (before it the name of a band).

True. There must be enough reruns to go forever. With the added bonus of being able to watch his hair color change back and forth.
