Bottom line is this, and it happens all the time.

Resellers sign up, use bogus addresses and then wonder why they don't get any money from their sponsors.

They say they are good resellers and they won't cheat.

WTF is lying about where they live but cheating from the get go????

ASK the sponsor to be in their program -- don't LIE to them from day one and then wonder why they don't pay you.

Kimmykim: Ccbill does not send checks to Turkey, its ok but you may block Turkey credit cards (its already done huh?), Turkey visitor IP addresses (I can provide you) etc.
There is really nice guys from there, reading and writing GFY and AWI. I can give you a few names.

I don't know IBILL accept or not, Turkey credit cards , or visitor IP's. But they pay to Turk webmasters. Anyway I wish to ccbill pays again.

Okay, I don't want to enter about cheaters, and ways etc. You can ask my all customers, I always get money first, then give their program / work etc. So they are trusts me, and I never cheated to them. I'm in Adult business since 1998, I see many cheaters from My country, because thoose guys trying to make easy money, like *almost all todays* new adult newbies huh?

Blacklisting a country is very simple and pratically you never lose something (except webmasters). But at least giving a chance to old or trustable webmasters will be fine. Like nexcash is not accepting new webmasters from Turkey too, but they accept if anyone in Nexcash program old then 3 months refer him/her. Thats very nice way to eliminate cheaters. Webmasters old in Adult scene is not crazy to cheat on anywhere! Because we know, if sponsor does not makes money = they won't pay you. Thats very simple.

Kimmykim, you may try a few Turk guys in GFY & AWI board, if you don't like us again, you can blacklist us forever. If you want to try.

Either you stole this guys checks or you stole the money he paid you to send his checks.
I don't believe that you can't send checks to turkey but if that's another one of those goofy canadien laws, it certainly sounds like you knew all about it ahead of time.
So which is it?
did you steal from the back end or the front end?

Oh, on a seperate note, guys who lie about their address deserve whatever it is they get.

I did send his checks...the first went to him without any problem (in a milbox on a corner of the street). Then, he told me to try to fedex them to him, and the post office told me it was impossible to send anything to Turkey with fedex (well, it's actually Express post here). So, I told the guy at the post office to send the check by normal mail, then he told me I cannot send him the check to Turkey, since in canada, we cannot send any check or money by post.

Then, I told XP that I cannot send anything to him by fedex, so I tried again the normal mail.

Now, because of that, I think that his check are at the customs....maybe they are scanning the letters more then before, after the USA plane crash....I just dunno.

Where did I lie here?....if you don't believe what I'm saying, maybe you'll believe it after I scan the paper where this rule is written on?

XP, if you do not get your money, why don't you aks your sponsor to resend your checks or make a wire transfer to you then?

Don't forget that since the anthrax thing, the normal mail is REALLY slow and they scan the letters way more.

I have just looked up in fedex.com. You can absolutely send mail or anything thru fedex to turkey. Just plug the zip codes you will see that it even gives a rate (68 bucks). And also, you are saying that they scan checks in turkey. This does not make a fucking sense at all. But let's say it is true, just put the ckecks in a magazine and fedex it to the guy.

its 45 days.

anyway, i know many many webmasters from countries called banned that after an email they got accepted from big sponsors. I have met some webmasters from Turkey that are very reliable and if i'll run a sponsor program i'll accept them.

Actually that's the day I found out my wife never balanced the checkbook. That bastard had free use of her debit card for almost a year. The bank only covered 3 months. I still lost around $2k on that deal.

I was more pissed at my wife than the guy who was using the debit card.

BUT... I was just pointing out that there ARE ways to cheat a sponsor. ie: the bogus sign ups to Hustler on that card.
