A registrar has a domain that I want that is pending renewal. How long before it is free for ordering? I've heard anywhere from 30 to 60 days but is this the case?

With DirectNic it's 45. I do not know if that is standard for everyone else though.

Don't know redemption period times, might read on the registrar to see exactly how theirs works.

every registrar is different usually it is between 30 and 60 days though.
