Strange usernames in password file
Anyone ever notice a bunhc of usernames in quotes? Like "Bigintexas05" ? I just noticed a bunch of them and none of them are found in CCBILL or Paycom list. Whats crazy is Pennywize is unable to block them because they have quotes in the name.

i remember back in the day i had an isp that i used a "-" for the first character in the username , and for some reason it would never trigger the shutoff if you forgot to pay the bill so i just stopped paying it. I had an account with them before under a diff username and if you forget to pay they would shut you off at the end of the billing cycle. about 2 years after not paying the bill a tech ended up phoning me and telling me how i never got shutoff.
