Do you work a lot and then relax or?

This time it was lots of work to the point of not doing much but working every single day for what seemed like months. Of course there was dinners and going out, band practice - but for the most part I was working during all free time.

Now after that; I have been hanging out with my girfriend and friends more and having a great time. Beyond that just refreshing the board and playing tiger woods and other games. All this while getting little work done besides checking stats remote. I plan to work again but I wondering how to approach it this time.

I am thinking right now it is a good thing to work a lot and then break for a while, but that is just me.

I want to hear what others think ...

Is it best to work like a 9 to 5 schedule with days off?

Any thoughts what do you do?

Generally I work a lot, then work some more.
Do 7AM-2AM daily then take a saturday night off.
Works for me.

I always seem to have to be doing something as well. Even if not work related. Hard to relax now adays I guess.

I also have problems sleeping sometimes but that may just be a crazy schedule; but same thing thinking of so many ideas with websites, music and everything else under the sun ...

I try to do the 7am to 5pm deal. off an on throughout the day because I need 30 min breaks here and there.

Then I'm usually on for an hour or so before I head tobed checking stats and emails/icq

I don't mind working non-stop during weekdays, for as long as I have the weekends exclusively for me to spend time with family and friends or just sleep through it

it all depends really, but i'm definately what you could call a workaholic. right now i usually start work around 7, work til late evening when I hit the gym and eat dinner. then after that I usually relax for a little while and get some stuff ready for tomorrow's work day. i usually take the majority of the weekends off though, which is an improvement because last year at this time i was doin this 7 days a week.
