a program that tells you if a site has been updated, anybody?
Anybody know of such a program? I remember i used one a long time ago but I dont remember its name...

heh i want a prog that runs in the background and checks a site like every 5min, then when it notices it has been updated a little popup comes up or maybe a sound...
