How do you compare surfer boards with other sites when it comes to value?

Is a 50k members surfer board worth more than a 50k tgp for instance?

And what is considered a valuable surfer board in general? 50k members? 100k? 200k?

Forums are far more productive, and visitor loyalty is very high. I'd say boards are worth more comparatively.

Yeah thats what i thought as well. But when it comes to surfer value. The people visiting these boards arent exactly known to pull their cc easy.

Once someone is addicted to a message board, they can be return visitors for years and years.

Surfers favorite TGP sites can change weekly or monthly.

Take a look at the board youre posting on and ask yourself that same question again - since most of the people that post on a daily basis are surfers ( and surfers-turned self described pimps) dont you think that this place makes a lot more money than a 50k TGP?

You are right.

I have tried my hand at many surfer boards and everyone of them are their just for the free porn, they never want to pay for anything.

50k member surfer board would be worth WAY more than a 50k TGP. TGPs are a dime a dozen.

out of those 50K, how many are considered "active" ?

you can't really compare 50K members forum to a 50K real traffic/day TGP
depending on how long it took to get those 50K members (pretty important), I would estimate the amount of daily visiting members at 2K, 2.5K/day max (probably less)

but then again, it depends on a whole bunch of things ... like if they need to register to see the content etc
If you look at the number of active members, let's say those who visited during the past 3 weeks, it might just be like 10K members

for all we know the board might be close to being dead
you can't gudge a board by the amount of registered members
those who "can", don't have a fucking clue
