An armed robber raided a post office while still serving a sentence at an open prison which was 'like a holiday camp.' Cecil Stephens, 46, was a 'dangerous' career criminal with a shocking record, yet he was allowed to spend most of his time outside jail earning money or enjoying himself, a court was told. He had an £18,000 a year full-time job, made regular weekend 'conjugal visits' to see the girlfriend who later acted as his getaway driver and went on unsupervised shopping trips.   Cecil Stephens carried out a raid on a post office while on day release from open prison. His girlfriend, Doreen Cramman, provided him with a balaclava and a gun.

Well at least he was able to fuck his GF while in prison..... those are good rights for a prisoner to have and it shows that we wont CURB peoples human rights AT ANY COST!!!!!
Seriously though, im really fucking pissed off about how the UK is falling into a pile of crap. The only excuse they have for bullshit like this is prison overcrowding so why dont they fucking rent prison space abroad? |
