Paris Hilton Blasting Off Into Space
 hollywoodlife.net Could our prayers have been answered? Is Paris Hilton really going to be shot into space? Actually, kinda sorta. The trustafarian is booked on the maiden voyage of the Virgin Galactic sub-orbital spaceflight. Test flights are now underway and it is thought the first trip could happen within the next 18 months. Paris reportedly said, "I'm very scared to do it. What if I don't come back? With the whole light years thing, what if I come back 10,000 years later, and everyone I know is dead? I'll be like, 'Great. Now I have to start all over.'" Hmmm...we're not sure that's a real quote because it's so stupid, but because it's reportedly from Paris, we choose to believe it. Anyhoo, 157 other peeps have signed up for the first flight at $200,000 a pop, including Madonna, Tom Hanks, William Shatner and Sigourney Weaver. Madge, Forrest Gump, Captain Kirk, Ripley and Paris all on the same space flight? Our head may explode. At least we might not have to worry about being invaded by aliens. Much like the white man brought measles, smallpox and the bubonic plague to the Indians when they conquered America, Paris may bring her petri dish of diseases to another planet, thus wiping out the alien population and saving life on earth as we know it...
