I would also like to give these guys some props, they have extremely well setup tools for webmasters to use and make money with. More specifically if you like to embed tube like videos roughly 3 mins in length these guys make it easy for you, they supply thumbnail, short desc, long desc & tags... they make it very easy on ya.

Good work on them for making it as easy as possible on us!
