i didnt see any info about how they assign them the tool is made for advertisers for knowing what tags their ads will show up on.

this is what they say about it

i would imagine its tied into the google brain because many of the results don't seem like youtube searches, such as for gfy it comes up with "gfy foods" or good for you foods , i would think thats from google not youtube

I think you would better serve the community by helping out a select group with your ideas & theories.

By releasing the ideas/theories/tools to EVERYONE you simply destroy the methods. Thus removing any benefits from your good intentions.
