After reading that a few people here liked it I decided to install it on a domain a few days ago and I have to say that I'm not impressed, thumbs not loading etc etc etc

Needless to say I won't be upgrading

What did you use to upload it ? Try re-uploading the includes folder in binary mode. Or try uploading the whole script in binary

I'm using it and I personally love it..
Simple and seems to hold up under a decent load pretty good..

Works fine here, if your having problems with thumbs being converted check your path to ffmpeg and Mencoder are correct.

i'd recommend bits video script....it works teh best.
