I am using this:

But it displays the thumbs in a random order. I need them to be in alphabetical order... Is there a simple snippet of code to do that? Or can you recommend another class that grabs all images in a folder and creates thumbs/links to the pictures Thank you!

Without looking at the code is hard to tell, however, I would look to find where and how its probing the database. SELECT * FROM galleries ORDER BY date DESC
this will select everything from galleries and order it by date, descending

Find that and you can usually find why its displaying code the way it is. Of course it could be another function further in the code

I down loaded it it seems to be loading alphabetically for me, All I did was load some images in to the folder and named them alphabetically asdf, bfer, cgrt, defg.

Let me see I may have another script for you.

upload the script to your server as .txt, and post the url here, but like someone suggested earlier, just need to probably insert a natsort line in the right place...

@ Bird: not working here thought it might be because they're numbers, the filenames here are Untitled-1.jpg etc, http://www.swexicorp.com/heather/members/sample.php but they appear in a random order down here...

There is nothing in the script that orders them by any means, You need to just name the pictures. A ,A-1,A-2,B-1,C, C-1,D-1,D-2

Thing is files are alphabetically named (in the galleries I will use 001, 002... and in the sample A, B, C, D, E) but they load for me in random order anyway it kinda sucks because the girl is spreading in one picture and fully clothed in the next

if only I could figure out how to use databases with this, lol...

I know there is a bunch of gallery scripts that don't need a DB. I used this one before give it a try..

Thank you! Checked it and it looks good (opera identified it as a widget for some reason O_O) although it wouldn't quite work for me problem is that this one file would be used to output all the galleries within the site. I will toy with the natsort function.
