I was going to say that judging by the box office receipts of his last few movies, a lot of people are sick of it.

But I just checked and seen that National Treasure 2 actually made over 450 million worldwide.

That movie was horrible and people still flocked to it in droves.

I loved him in Lord of War, but I have a hard time with him as an action star, though it seems he has a fair amount of natural ability when it comes to the martial arts sequences. Mostly I think it has more to do with a combination of his bad haircuts and his weird line delivery (which only seems to happen in action movies...)

There is definitely TWO versions of him, he IS a good actor but due to his position and wealth he should be able to pick and choose choice roles and more importantly do some more movies of his own like Sonny.

I like him because he's a good actor that makes crap movies as well.

It was cool to see him in Lord of War, just as it was to see him being a total dick in gone in 60 seconds :D

Both of them have high entertainment value.
The kind of movies that if they show them to you on for instance a flight, and event hough you've seen the a hundred times before, you will still watch them.

Gone in Sixty Seconds

Excellent. The rest, well. not inpressed. But still good actor when the right part comes along.

He is so brilliant in Adaptation and yet can be so utterly awful in so many other films. It is hard to understand.
