Epoch or SegPay as Secondary Processor?

With CCBill as a primary, who is the better secondary - Epoch or SegPay, and why?

Opinions? Experiences? Advice? Thanks in advance! |

I think they used to be PayCom, but I'm not sure.

The idea of having a second processor in case part of the internet goes down, may be valid to some extent. In that case, 2 processors in two vastly different places may make some sense, but I'm not sure. Anyone? |

For the record, BFT3K and others, and to avoid any confusion....

Paycom and Epoch are the same company. The Paycom name, originally used as a different marketing venue, was dropped a couple of years or so ago when we acquired the Epoch.com domain. We have been Epoch since 1996.
