Anyone recommend a good PHP form builder app?
Just need a simple form builder. Something drag and drop or WYSIWYG then outputs code I can drop right into an existing page.
Just looking to build basic contact forms with a name field, email, etc. I've seen a few for free and few you pay for. Just curious if anyone has used anything that is currently out there.
