ViagraTube.com "Domain Name" (Will This infringe copyright?)
Just a quick question for the domain experts on this forum. Would the domain Name ViagraTube.com infringe any copyright if it was used for a domain name for a Tube Site?
Your input would be greatly appreciated, I am guessing it may well do! |

it is a trademark violation, in fact since viagra was a coined term which has no meaning other than the one defined by the company, attaching anything to viagra is a trademark violation
it however is not a copyright violation.

You'd need to actually have something funny on the site, something to make it an actual parody of the Viagra generation, rather than just claiming tat your generic tube site is parody.
