I have a handful of site designs done, and I do not want to fall behind on projects. Those designs need to be cut into CSS for programmer.

Who is available, and cost? Needed ASAP.

Our CSS specialist is rated as Top 5% on Elance. We offer PSD to HTML/CSS markup at $125/page, and PSD to tableless CSS markup for $135/page. If you have 10 sites, and lets say 3 pages per site I can offer you 30% off the regular price.

Your services descriptions don't really make sense. The second option (which obviously contains HTML/XHTML) is identical to the first. Or is the first CSS styling and table layout? What is the $10 difference for?

I believe the 'tableless' versus 'tabled' was my guess.
