CYBERSPACE — Mobile adult paysite http://www.bustbox.com has teamed up with payment company http://www.gogobill.com to offer a new suite of services to North American cellphone users.

BustBox.com launches with a wide selection of adult videos, and all of them are aimed at mobile users. Every video includes a button that will send the content directly to a mobile device. There's also an optimized version of the site located at http://www.xbiz.com/news/97813

We are Resurrecting Mobile in North America! Now that the networks speed have dramatically improved in we can do just about anything that can be done on the Web. Think about the internet 6 years ago and that is where mobile is at now! Here comes the next boom for adult mark my words!

that would be inspiring if it wasn't for the fact that you weren't the 50th company to come out with the "next big mobile thing" which ALL fade away and dissapear in a few months... in spite of their enthusiasm and market research.

I have been in the Game for 6 years and the adult space for 10. This is not just some other company. I have built the whole site around years of research and I have already been though the ups and downs of both industries. This is as perfect as any site is going to get when you combine the best of both worlds.

I can appreciate your point as there have been a lot of fly-by-night mobile companies but I am not now, nor have I ever been in that category. I was the fist person on the ground with AEBN's site Xobile.com and ported down over 50,000 clips from 911 manufactures over 4 years ago and that site is still converting at 1 in 75. I don't know any one else that can say they built a mobile site 4 years ago and it's still going strong!

everyone to date has said the same stuff... same market research, same hype... same "great team of people", same "great solutions, solid program, great content" etc. the mobile roads in this biz so far have all lead to the same place.

eventually someone will roll the dice and win. hasn't happened yet. doesn't look like it will anytime soon.

Xobile.com a company I Co-founded was and still is a cash positive revenue generating mobile site. Four different VC firms after due diligence concluded that is was safe to invest over 42 million dollars in the adult mobile aggregator WAAT media in the past 2 years. Private Media had made Mobile a huge part of there culture. Digital Playground has just recently launched a site solely dedicated to mobile clients and it is iphone specific.

Since when does the past dictate the future?

For us, mobile has been the biggest growth sector for the past couple of years, and especially in the last 12 months, and I can only see things getting better and better as phones and networks improve, and legislation softens. We're already on portal with a couple of major networks in the UK and across Europe and the feedback I'm getting is that adult on mobile is going from strength to strength, and our revenues support that.

With regards to Harv, I can confidently say I haven't met another Yank who knows more about adult on mobiles, or has done so much with it, than him. He's been a pioneer now for a good number of years. Obviously there are plenty of good British lads who are just as experienced, but across the pond, Harv is the man.

Good luck with it mate, and glad to see someone over there is thinking about mobiles!

Hey Don that is great man thanks for the props. It is a long hard faught road and a lot of people have been burned by inexpirenced companies. And for the most part the networks were not able to support video in the states with any great degree of clairty.

Those time are gone and spankable content on moible is here to stay. Last month the US overtook the UK's #1 Spot for surfing on mobile devices. The average mobile surfer is spending 4.5hours a day on their phone and 72% of the searches done were for porn.

Thanks will the mobile phone is the most widely use consumer electronic device in history. We are well aware of that here and there is not reason not to be making money off of it. I am not saying that it will replace people watching porn on their PC. What I am saying is that even if having mobile content on your site increases your income 2% it is still more money then you would have had if you did not give people that option.

I would love to see the numbers you have to support what you are saying. The US overtook the rest of the world last month in time spent surfing the internet on mobile devices. The UK has had high speed access on their phones for over 4 years and the average surfer on mobile spent 4 hours a day cruising the net we have had high speed access for almost 2 years now and in half the time we surpassed the UK!

The average mobile surfer is in the US is spending 4.5hours a day on their phone and 72% of the searches done were for porn.

We have developed a secure IP basedwireless application protocal that provides us the ability to bill credit cards and prepaid cards with on moible devices. With just a few simple fields. So it is jsut like filling our a credit card on the net only with less information and just as secure.
