ORTO: Adultsitecms does not require any complicated third party programs to be installed. Other CMS systems require Zend, ffmpeg or other such applications to be installed. These usually require root access to a dedicated server.

Is this flexibility uncommon in other CMS? Is there a need for this?

ORTO: Perhaps to hosting, most adult CMS systems require so many additional third party applications and ours doesn't. So in those terms, it is unique. In terms of need, this software will save webmaster precious time and money.

What is the significance of having a shared host when you have AdultSiteCMS in terms of the day to day operation of the site?

ORTO: Using a shared host will save webmasters from major costs. Instead of paying $50 or more for a dedicated box - which also requires paying for management, AdultsiteCMS can be installed in a shared host. Some can go as cheap as $5.99 USD per month. Because AdultsiteCMS really requires no additional programs to load over the typical ones installed on most apache based web systems.

Does AdultSiteCMS has the patent for this flexibility?

ORTO: No.

No? So, since the company does not have a patent on it, can that be replicated and be made into another product by a competitor?

ORTO: The idea is not to patent the method or way in which the software is made. AdultSiteCMS was created as a simpler and less complicated alternative to use. And besides, other CMS systems would have to completely rewrite how they work in order to work this way. The wordpress core simply allows AdultsiteCMS to be the most flexible and least "needy" application available.

How much savings in terms of cost and man hours can get from this feature?

ORTO: The cost savings are tremendous. From $50 to hundreds a month to as little as $5.99 or less even if you can find it. A shared host can be a great way to start a new site and then you can simply transition to another site easily by copying all the files and
making a database dump of the MYSQL database you created for the CMS. You simply ask your host or install the Database onto your new server and upload your files in order to get your CMS working on another server.

Rackco.com and Webair.com are hosting companies that have shared hosting solutions, what makes them good companies for webmasters to use?

ORTO: These companies are some of the most well known in the industry. Most of them have shared solutions. Many of their technicians have had many years experience in the Adult World and know exactly how complex it can be to deal with some programs which require so many third party plugins or applications. These usually require server administrators to go in and install software to get these to work. This could cost hundreds of dollars or more or simply put - slow down the whole process of getting your site going.
