Customer not paying the bill balance. What to do?

Dear GFY!


One of my customers does not pay the bill after we provided the service in Full. We delivered the product. Balance is not paid. about 2K balance. They were supposed to pay on spot. 3 weeks are almost gone. They saying they will not pay.
it is big company though and i am not sure that is the Company not paying or that manager who i deal with is just deciding not to pay. I have full proof of the service delivered to them. Everything is in writing

What would you do?

Threaten outing them? If they still wont pay up, put them on blast, and take it to small claims court? Not sure if court is worth the effort...just an idea.

Send them a link to this thread and ask them to pay up or you out them on a few more boards.

Or give the content to brokers and make sure it's spread around

Sponsors who can't content producers might have a problem paying affiliates next.

i would like like to know what's the reason why they don't wanna pay. i can't imagine that someone knows he has to pay 2k and then simply refuses.

I will make detailed report and will show you the details. I want to make sure that i know the truth. May be they are right not paying. You guys decide. but If i we are right which i feel is the case, then i want them to see what community says and pay the bill.

They are huge company and i do not like them to take advantage of smaller business. Us now you next. That can not be happening.

Well so far i know that the manager is not paying me. I do not want to blame a company yet. May be owners do not even know about that! If owners see the details and still do not pay them i am outing the company. right now
