My issue is I gave a price on my site, 29.95, regional billing fucked that hardcore.

I also had security issues with my UM and still don't understand exactly the problem except my host told me it was an issue so I got rid of it.

I also have a few other suspicions and want others to post prior

I don't use regional billing. I found it hurt my sales alot. I still find the odd site CCBill messed up on but you can hard-code the USD (or whatever currency you want) in your join page, to avoid it.
For your security issue have you host only allow CCBill's IP to access the script and you should be fine.

Regional billing is classic short term thinking that was always going to fuck customers off when they realised they were paying more than somebody else for the same service.

I only use specific local billing companies in each country and cc processors only as second

People, please don't get "Regional Billing" & "Global Forms" mixed up.

There is nothing wrong with displaying Euro customers your price in Euros (as long as it equals your USA customer price) This is what standard "Global Forms" does.

When you display your price in Euros (and the Euro price exchange rate value equals more that your USA USD customer price) this is "Regional Billing" and what mmcfadden is referring to.

This has to be "opted in" by the sponsor.

"Global Forms" is pretty common and most all ccbill sponsors use these. (and should)

Yes you have a great point here. I think some people may be confusing the issue.

The problem is CCBILL'S REGIONAL BILLING where a US customer is charged $29.95 and an EU customer is charged 29.95 EUROS. The normal join forms that convert the $29.95 into the EQUIVALENT Euros for an EU customer are great.

lol US sales are around 70%, 30% Europe and rest of the world. So regional pricing also lowered your US sales? What kind of math are pulling here. Regional stats don't change sales at all, but of course you can't tell with 0-5 sales per day, if you have 50 sales, come back making stats.
