almost 48 hours since opening a trouble ticket and still ZERO fucking word from anyone there and I have even re emailed and ICQ'd

this is fucking bullshit. I have work i need to get done and cant fucking do it

To clarify, Some of the smaller virtual accounts do not include LP Chat Support. This was support for a third party script that sometimes takes longer to address...
