Jeese every day now I get Russian people trying to add me on ICQ
I have Russian people trying to add me to ICQ most days. Not that I have anything against Russian people I just dont understand what they are saying If you are gonna add me please speak in English
And they are now using English names not your usual Russian spam which you normally get |

It's not people, it's bots, they are spamming links to pages with exploits.
They "speak" russian because russian people is their main target, anyway they just sending messages to all the numbers they can find... |

There's this 14 year old Russian girl which sends me messages.
Blocked her as soon as I found out about her age. But somehow messages still pop up from time to time.

It's a number based contact system. Not exactly hard to automate sending a message then +1 and sending another and another and another.
