What kind of feed are you looking for ?
We have gallery feeds for the mobile stuff.

1 ) Fetching all
You can browse galleries using start and limit. You can find the total number of items in the total key. Example: stream_gallery.php?type=&site=SITEID&..&start=0&li mit=10 shows first 10 galleries.
2 ) Fetching items since last update.
If you use standard URL, stream will dump only new videos. You can keep your database synchronized via updated key which will always shows last update time in RFC 822 Time Formatting Standard
