Whats wrong with this? ...
a target="_new" href="../tgp/out.php?url=http://www.chickentraffic.com/cttsv2/bin/traffic.cgi?:691:5573&link=gal&s=30" its not going to any trades .... but this works, a target="_new" href="../tgp/out.php?perm=domain.com&link=gal&s=30" its just when i add chokers url that it gives problem. |

i also tried this:
