Marc Duvall, Pinelake Limited

I'm trying to track down Marc Duvall, a guy I've never met, who licensed my content to German Goo Girls through his company Pinelake Limited. I've never done business with him.

Does anyone know how to reach him?

www.marcduvall.com is no longer up.

He may have been affiliated with www.adultlicenses.com but that is now www.adultcontent.nl.

German Goo Girls/EuroRevenue says they purchased my content legally and now I'm stuck. I strongly disagree.

Advice?

Thank you for your time.

I see there is no whois for that domain as it dropped but there is this info (not sure how current it is) http://www.aboutus.org/MarcDuvall.com

Also, just because they say the bought the content legally does not mean they can use it if you can prove you own the copyright to it.

Thanks for the replies. The owner of www.adultcontent.nl got back to me and said he bought the domain www.adultlicenses.com. He doesn't have my content and makes no claims to it.

I am going in circles chasing my own tail.

Adultlicenses.com I bought from Marc Duvall over a year ago indeed. Just as a domain, like I also bought adultcontent.de or adultcontent.ca and others.

I emailed you Marc's email address also.

they cannot leave it up if you prove that they bought stolen content... and if you are the owner, then it should not be too hard. Send an email to their hosting company and show them that you are the exclusive owner and that goo girls bought content that was stolen from you.

that should do it.

Todd Glider from Euro Revenue used to reply to my e-mails but he ignores them now. Basically, he showed me his contract purchasing my titles and says only a court decision will make him take it down. It's extremely frustrating to be told this and no one seems to be held accountable.

I'm just looking for whom to point the finger at. The US distributor claims no business relationship with Pinelake and calls it piracy. The foreign rights broker denies doing anything wrong. I'm just a guy on his own facing Euro Revenue and having them say it's not their problem. For me, it's a huge problem. That's why I would like to speak with Marc Duvall to see how he started all this. Someting is not right.

Hmm.. so someone is selling content they don't own or have the rights to?

I know of one guy who was plucking content off the net and selling it.

Might want to look at this guy;

I'm happy to report that the owner of EuroRevenue wrote me and is willing to take down my content. It's nice when reasonable people are.....reasonable!

Just want to protect my content, same as anyone else out there.

Thanks, Joe. I hope this all resolves itself amicably.
