I am not good at hosting, zero knowledge, tell me what's should i be looking for? Why are dedicated and co located different. Is it good to ship a server to a company and have them manage it?

Is it a decent price based on the type of box? Sure.

But you really need to make sure your box, and bandwidth, meet your needs. So to make sure it is a good box for YOU. You would need to provide more information on....

1. Your current set up?
2. What your storage and bandwidth usage is?
3. What type of sites you are doing now, and if you are expanding?

That is not a lot of RAM, or storage. So more fact finding would be needed.
