This means whatever porn he showed her they are deeming as "obscene" which means the state will have to prove the material is obscene, which means this is another obscenity case and whoever has the pics or videos that are involved in this case would be able to be brought up on the same felony obscenity charges.

This is getting really lame. Obscenity really needs to get redefined. I find gay sex and fat people fucking real obscene. I think that most people do as well. But it Doesn't mean people should go to jail for it.
