Why not go on baidu or another BBS for China. Join some forums using chrome browser. Traffic buys? Sucker punch. they have a version of Twitter right?

yep..got my ppc acct setup on baidu already.
just looking to buy a lot of cheap traffic..and trying to find out where i might get it.
i am thinking many sites just block chinese visitors..i could take these

Install a honeypot daemon on your box, with lots of extra open ports.

That will bring you boatloads of Chinese for free.
