Epassporte error when adding a new visa card..

You may not use this card to withdraw funds from ePassporte (your bank does not accept Original Credits).

What does that mean?

Had a pending charge released today and it went, of course, to the virtual account. I guess that's where pending money would exist, anyway. I'm still not clear on where the funds are actually kept. At the St. Kitts bank if it's in the wallet? In thin air in the VV?

Some card issuers, banks or countries do not allow withdrawals to cards this appears to be the issue here.

Most wallets work on a Master Account/Quasi-Account method.

The master account is a slush account where the total balances sit. When a wallet holder transfers funds into the Virtual Account for release, a debit is made to the master account and a quasi-account attached to the specific card is credited so that ATM and Interchange networks can find it.
