We have one server with them, flawless and great support (answers inside 5 minuttes on emails).
Only drawback is that they are expensive compared to others, we have 90% of our servers with Reflected

isprime seems to be a solid choice. I still have one box there. Never had any problems.

Most of our servers are with Mojohost. Great support, good network.

Pros: decent enough support (not the best i've seen)
Cons: very expensive

ISprime is great, they host one of our most critical server and it's been up without any downtime since the 1st boot, 2 years ago.

I can't say the same for servers we have at other cheaper hosts ;)

Their CDN is fast as well

Expensive, best support ever, been with them for yeaaarrrssss.

Oh and they host some of the biggest tube sites, so they can handle massive BW.

Bangbros has been with them for years and years. I don't remember the last time we even had a minute of Down time. Highly recommended. We also have program3 and hazecash there also!

I've dealt with MANY hosts over the years and had nothing but problems until I set up with ISPrime. I've been hosting with them since 01/02 and although I have had a few issues, they have all been VERY minor and were addressed and fixed right away.

Roald....Asking this question on the board will get you a ton of replies. Every hosting company has its "evangelists"....and we love them ;) Every hosting company has its "haters"....and we love them, too ;)

Occasionally, however, a post will sneak into the thread that cuts through all of that. If you will read the last sentence of Aaron's post again I think this is the most honest, yet ringing, endorsement a hosting company can ask for.

I give credit to Aaron for simply stating the facts instead of trying to pump sunshine up your ass and I give praise to ISPrime for being one of the good guys in this business and earning that ringing endorsement and the rest of them in this thread.

I have about 20 servers with them, been using them for close to 10 years I think. Never any downtime and awesome support. They are a bit expensive compared to other hosts, but you get what you pay for.

I'm surprised about all the "great support" comments. But then again I suspect that if you're a really big client that's been there for years you probably get prime support. Recently I was working with someone that hosts with isprime and it took them over a week to deal with some issues. Now that I think about it, a few years back there was another person that hosted with them and their support wasn't all that quick either. However, my experience with them has obviously been limited but based on it and my experience with all the other hosts I've used I'd lump them in as "no different". Sometimes they're great, sometimes they suck.

qft - and it goes for every one of the major hosting companies in the industry. you just don't want the times they do suck to be too many and want them to be great at the time you really need them to be great.

price matters - especially these days, 500 dollars a month savings from one solid host to another, that's 6K a year.

but if you feel good about who your host is and your relationship with them it could be worth the 6K a year.
