I have the same situation with ePass Visa card. When SKNANB restore working card I going to ATM to withdraw money. But fucking ATM got me message that my PIN is incorrect, but I KNOW MY PIN and I enter RIGHT PIN. So, I try enter 3 times and after that my card was blocked! And now when I trying to withdraw money at ATMs i got message "Pin tries exceeded, contact your bank"

I send several email to bank at 7th oct but they still keep silence.

If you'll call the bank, please write here what they will tell you how to unblock card or anything else I need any info

That's unfortunate. Imagine a business that's completely run by machines. That would be like saying there is no human support function. Major banks are cool, because people can talk to a human teller to get their faulty plastic cards replaced.

I tried old one but after 3 wrong times and now it says "Pin tries exceeded, contact your bank". I tried another ATM and I was able even to select how much money to withdraw but in the end received message "Status of your card gives no opportunity to make this operation" (or smth like that)

Unreliable data

Just look at that line from Afghanistan with 999999.99 $, one million in a card from Afghanistan?

4.5 million dollars remaining belongs to other liars :D
