Do the reverse diet - eat alot in the morning and a little at night and/or eat little bits all day

Theres also the stay away from anything white diet - bread, sugar etc

Carbon is not the problem, it makes up 0.041% of our atmosphere , 95% of that is from Volcanos and decomposing plants and stuff. So people in the US are responsible for 13% of the carbon in the atmosphere which 95% is not from Humans, like cars and trucks and stuff and they want to spend trillions to fix it while Solar Panel plants are powered by coal plants

Food is the most powerful drug we put into our body on a daily basis.

Why anyone would drink this crap is amazing. Try not eating much during the day and you'll still have plenty of energy. If you do eat, EAT SMALL, make it natural foods, eggs, fruit...

For millions of years the human body has adapted to a paleo diet or fasting daily and eating once at night. I recommend looking into it.

That shit keeps me awake with a lot less of a crash than the sugary alternatives. It does what it says in my experience. I prefer to stay away from energy drinks in general though. Coffee is plenty for me...
