Hi I have a situtation with a guy nicknamed HookUp411 on gfy,,, since thursday promising me to send the money to paypal that i sent him thru epassporte, now Im still waiting after 5 days now ,, I know is my problem If I decided sent to him the money , are few thousands, he took my money in exchange and now seems that he don't want any risk but he had compromised my money withdrawing it from epass ACH,,,also he can't refund me money via epass,, but I dont know if that guy is taking money from webmasters to play some kind of game , he now ask me to wait again until tomorrow ,, ,, if someone know any information about that guy please hit me up on icq privately thanks.

He exchanged 2 transfers for me, no worries. You do have to wait till your funds hit his bank account, that was 5 days for me (weekend+2 days).

Hi Strobi thanks to reply ,, but the issue is that the deal was instant method exchange,, not aftee hit account ,, who is taking you fee money without risk? all are taking % for the risk ,, not for the gratuity, but if you said that the guy is legitim lets hope yes ,, how you did your transfer WU or Paypal?

You send him the epass, just when ACH was down, so he could not withdraw money. He send it instantly the first time, second time he send it with 5 days delay (when ACH was working again). He payed using paypal.

Strobi is not more easy give a refund thru the same epass system and I dont waste my time ? there are a lot of people exchanging out there as insant ,, people without afraids,, thats the % of the risks ,, nobody will move out your money for free !! I just don't want to hear more excuses or things like that ,, it sound a bit confuses!

We did things as ach was down. it came backup. when it hits my account I will send the money without a fee. Already agreed to this.

blindzior -- right now i have 2 instant exchanger thru paypal,,with 10% fee and they take the risk of course!! thats why I request the refund from him to send better to one of them , but as I see I has no other choice than to wait until tomorrow wuth that guy and cross my fingers with him,, thats happend when you don't know how to take responsabilitys.

I do 20% fees also..my thread is being bump by guys already recieved funds...but no more instant transfers..I need to wait until epass funds hit my account, which is only fair at this point

I think it is a good idea to ask when you epass the money if you are the first one on the list or if there are more people before you. ACHs take 48-72 hs to clear into bank accounts and if you are, say the second, third, etc, you have to add 24, 48, 72 more hours to those first ones. Also, when you use the daily limit for withdrawals, you then have to wait exactly 24 hs, not a minute less. Chances are the OP is clean, but has a bunch of people on a list. (?)

I am not aware of any downtimes on Saturday, I actually made an ACh on Saturday at around 6 PM ...
