It's a DELAYED sale... happens all the time... specially lately.
That's why some people make so many threads with: "Hey I got 30 sales 1 day, then 0 sales, then 30 again".. It's because the third day, they saw many sales from day 2... |

If customers get irate and pissed off at not getting their passwords in real time, then shouldn't webmasters be equally as pissed off when their sales are not credited in "real time" Shall we continue down this road? |

no i am not making sales by signing up to programs by myself but if i see program where ratio is very high i make a test signup. always its lowest prize and on revs, and i am not even checking the members area so its just few bucks for them. i must say i did my third signup this year so far and all went through, just some sites are not selling for me. have luck everyone!

1. Login and pass have to be generated with ccbill script, then delivered to subscription purchaser, immediately after sign up approval. 2. It would seem reasonable that once a successful sign up is achieved, that the credit would just transfer into admin seamlessly, without delay. You don't expect sales from 4 hours ago to just "appear" in the admin when its convenient for them to appear. **If you make a cash deposit into your bank account at 10:00 am, does it take 4-5 hours before deposit shows up in account?** **When you pump gas into your automobile, does it take 4-5 hours before your gas needle moves from empty to full?** **When the doctor takes your blood pressure reading, does it take 4-5 hours for your reading to be visible** The point is this.... it is indeed reasonable for a webmaster to expect their credits to be in real time, when 99% of other stats and/or measurements are available in real time. If there was tomfoolery going on with credits, continuous delays in stats reporting....or "INACCURACIES" in stats reporting would make the scrutinizing webmaster very suspicious wouldn't it? |

I ask that because last monday I get an email from a customer telling me that he re-joined my site and was loving my new updates. The only problem is his "new subscription" email did not come until almost 3 days later after login and pass was issued. So again, imagine it taking 3 days for him to get his login and pass. It would be unacceptable right?? So using logic and fairness, should I not be troubled that my email notifications and/or stats are delayed by days at times, rendering them less than accurate? I mean he pays me 29.95 for a login and pass, and I pay you guys 15% of that to collect his funds, issue his login and pass, then credit my admin with sale, and notify me of successful signup in almost real time. So if the customer should not have to accept delays in his purchase, why should I be expected to accept routine delays in my stats or notifications? |

This is one of the reasons that we provide the customer with their login creditentials immediately after the purchase on the CCBill receipt page, just in case they do not receive that email. I sent you an email earlier so we could try to narrow down any delays on your account. I would be happy to perform test signups so we can monitor the stats and the emails that are sent out. I would also be happy to provide you with our test card numbes so you can perform tests at anytime. I understand your concerns and we would love to resolve any issues causing your business delays.
