Question for LLC owners and Paxum business accounts:
Paxum doesn't seem to understand what an LLC is and that we write our own bylaws. So they want something from the state saying explicitly that I own 100% of my LLC. However, the only thing filed with the state is my initial filing, and that shows my attorney only since he is the Registered Agent of the LLC. But not an owner.
Initial resolutions and the operating agreement are contracts, but they aren't filed with the state and therefore don't have some official seal. So Paxum isn't accepting them. So what did you send Paxum to show them you own your LLC?

Just got the Statement of Information back from my lawyer and it has me listed as the only owner and is stamped and numbered into the secretary of state's system.
So going to give them that. Thanks all!

Just to help anyone else with this issue...
The magical piece of paper they needed was the statement of information. Here in Cali you file it online for $20. It comes back to you via email as a PDF the next business day complete with a filling number and some stamps from the state. And lists who are the members of the LLC.
