All gun nuts are one step away from commiting a mass shooting

"I'll give you my gun when you pry (or take) it from my cold, dead hands"

A phrase championed by the NRA. What this is basically saying is that if the law changed and you were forced to give up your guns, these people, who would be lawfully obligated to surrender their weapons, would commit murder and be shot themselves.

So much for needing a gun to survive. They love guns more then your life, and apparently, more then their own.

Not much difference between that saying and "Give me liberty or give me death".

So, if the law changed and you were lawfully obligated to surrender yourself for imprisonment because of (State whatever reason here) you would just go in and do it ?

Do you not even know how stupid that sounds? Once again, using crazy hypotheticals.

Let me see if I can fill in the blank on that and not have it sound fucking comical....

So, if the law changed and you were lawfully obligated to surrender yourself for imprisonment because of (State whatever reason here) you would just go in and do it?

(taking the last piece of pizza)
(being jewish)
(being black)
(being a Hispanic migrant worker just trying to survive)
(being too good looking for my own good)

I challenge anyone else who steps in this thread, to take your shot (no pun intended) at filling in the parenthesis.

I challenge anyone else who steps in this thread, to take your shot (no pun intended) at filling in the parenthesis.

So, if it is a right that you don't agree with (bear arms - 2nd amendment) then it is totally reasonable to set up a hypothetical situation where it is taken away and chastise those that would oppose it.

But, if it is a right you agree with (Freedom - 5th amendment) then it is stupid to set up a hypothetical situation where it is taken away.

I will fill in the parentheses for you with real life examples that have happened:

So, if the law changed and you were lawfully obligated to surrender yourself for imprisonment because of "Your Japanese Ancestry" you would just go in and do it?

So, if the law changed and you were lawfully obligated to surrender yourself for imprisonment because of "The Color Of Your Skin" you would just go in and do it?

So, if the law changed and you were lawfully obligated to surrender yourself for imprisonment because of "Your Political Views" you would just go in and do it?

I could go on but it is wasted on you.

There is a reason that the NRA gets to control the debate over guns $$$$$$.

Americans who are anti-gun control are prepared to pay politicians to keep the status quo. Americans who want change are not prepared to pay for changes. They want them but in politics $$$$ rule and if you want change. Pay for it, your vote isn't worth shit.

it would be a bloodbath...WAKO style crap

armed rednecks forming militias to fight the government...

weapons will never get regulated in the USA not at any level of school shootings because the gun nuts like their guns more than anything...not even at 10 school shootings/day would they even consider giving up their guns...

how do you feel about gun regulations based on zip codes? areas with the highest gun issues get the tightest regulations, like you can't put a bar near a school. taking a gun into a bar in Texas is automatically 'x' number of years.

that kind of regulations. like you get caught with a gun in 'x' zip code off you go... or say within 100 yards of a school. that can get passed pretty quick and will be effective with a few searches

and BTW all the hysteria and childish forewarning isn't really necessary for me okay?

years ago , like in 2001-2002 when I was running ads for models I kept having this experience of a guy showing up with the model demanding to paid for a test shot... so I got a gun.... because about 2 years before that a *black guy* went into the apartment next door to me, with a shotgun, and did the 2 girls living there and calmly walked away...

man when that shotgun was going off next door and I only had fucking drywall and a shitty apartment door between me and that shotgun... boy oh boy did I feel STUPID

I got a gun. a 1911 in fact. years later when I was sleeping I heard a door open and the floor creak in my 'new' apartment. I got the 1911, slid back the slide real slow and quiet, held the gun behind my back, low and walked out of my bedroom to find a guy in my bathroom chopping coke lines with his DL on the bathroom counter.. wtf lol!!!

I looked at the dude and said take that shit and get the fuck out of here... he didn't even look up, he shoved all the coke back on his DL and walked the fuck out lollolol

he never saw the gun. I'm ontop of my shit okay? don't really need the hysteria.

now where I live now I used to have models stay here. one model got some weed from me told me she would pay me when she paid the rent. cool, right? her BF would come everyday and pick her up and bring her back at night most of the time.

when the week was up I saw her in the room, she told me she was leaving to go to an ATM to get my cash. never saw here again, BUT I did read about her in the papers when she got arrested for murder. yup, her and her BF went to a motel in Pico Riviera maybe. where she felt like some guy' dissed' her, so her BF went and killed the mother fucker with his gun!

for a few weeks I kept the 1911 cocked and locked. and I have a 170 lb personal bodyguard.

maybe if I worked at target and lived with my mom I would not need a gun... but since I deal with shifty people all the time and the media insisting on telling the perceived under pillaged that they are entitled to all my stuff. yours too probably if you have a job

I have a gun I do not like to touch or carry or shoot, but I will. if you'll stop organizing people in tribes competing for resources you'll find people are much more interesting that what you are perceiving. you are closing numerous good possibilities out of your life by insisting on artificial boundaries

^^^This

Even if you ban all new gun sales, there is still 350 Million guns in the US. You even try to take them back it's going to be chaos. It's not as easy as we like to think. It's a romantic idea but I haven't heard a single politician bring up what change they would make and how that change will for sure impact school or mass shootings.

Don't mention anything about boys and their bang bang toys. It makes them feel like real men so when you challenge their guns you are challenging their manhood (dicks).

I don't see why people are against that as an immediate fix. They have been doing this for years in Black schools and Jewish schools have had armed guards forever as well. I haven't seen any shootings in those schools. How can you argue against it, don't twist it saying protocols. Legit armed guards will deter someone from trying this shit

the shooter would just have to take out the guard first...not very hard considering that the school is full of kids and the guard does not know which one will go postal next...its not like in video games, they do not have a map of approaching enemies...

then we have the issue of guards mental stability...it is only a matter of time before one of the guards goes postal...

I will fill in the parentheses for you with real life examples that have happened:

So, if the law changed and you were lawfully obligated to surrender yourself for imprisonment because of "Your Japanese Ancestry" you would just go in and do it?

.
My fill in the parenthesis were pretty much along the same lines as the ones you provided. Except for pizza. Because we all know Japanese heritage is much more likely to be an arrestable offense then pizza.

Hmm, although Vegan Pizza... that probably should be an arrestable offense.

Are you listening Rochard?

Citation needed. If you are talking about general number then that is a manipulated argument. There are 325 Million Americans, obviously there will be more shootings when you are 6 and a half times more populated than England.

I have no idea what that means, I thought my daughter how to shoot a gun, she earned a ribbon in the US navy for shooting a pistol and I gave her a pistol for a carry gun, so what's your point?

A phrase championed by the NRA. What this is basically saying is that if the law changed and you were forced to give up your guns, these people, who would be lawfully obligated to surrender their weapons, would commit murder and be shot themselves.

So much for needing a gun to survive. They love guns more then your life, and apparently, more then their own.
Hey ASStro-Nut:

I'm sorry if you were raised in some authoritarian communist regime. Here in America, we enjoy freedom & liberty. Please refer the the US Constitution, Amendment 2: The right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Say it out loud: "Shall not be infringed"

Understand? And about the NRA...........

Why guns? It's called self-defense.. and more than 200 years of freedom, bitch!

I would love to see you tell a parent that lost their child that by giving up guns, they were giving up their "rights" to protect themselves.

My guess is, you would get your ass beat, or your eyes fucking clawed out.

But maybe not... maybe you would just shoot them, "to protect yourself"

You do realize that people of Japanese ancestry were imprisoned for having Japanese Ancestry here in the U.S. during WWII. In other words, it is something that actually happened.

The internment of Japanese Americans in the United States during World War II was the forced relocation and incarceration in camps in the western interior of the country of between 110,000 and 120,000[5] people of Japanese ancestry, most of whom lived on the Pacific coast. 62 percent of the internees were United States citizens. These actions were ordered by President Franklin D. Roosevelt shortly after Imperial Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor.[8]

You are talking about taking away a right that is guaranteed in the Bill of Rights. Why is one right more important to you than another right?

I should be more clear, there should be 1 at every unlocked entrance to the school. 1 for my entire high school would probably have been useless as well.

look up "murders total in serbia per year" we have 100-150 per year

mass shootings in the last 16 years = 3 with a total of around 20 people total

school shootings = I can not find any
mass school shootings= I am willing to bet $ that we have never had any

murder rates per 100K

USA 4.88
serbia 1.13

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._homicide_rate

random shootings are extremely rare in our country...the mass shootings we had were mostly drunk/crazy family members shooting up their own family...the homicides we have are mostly criminals killing other criminals...it is extremely rare for somebody to get killed outside of crime...but when it happens its mostly family related...

it is very very very hard to get shot in serbia....

so in other words, you can't compare your country to ours, the state of California has 39 million for a population and the strictest gun regulations in the country. You can't even will some guns to your kids anymore.
There were 1,368 gun-related homicides in 2016 in California

This is just one state

And back to what I said, the person that said pry it from my dead cold hand was Charlton Heston, he marched with MLK jr and was a champion of several causes.

Yea, I know all about history there professor.

If that shit were happening TODAY, like mass shootings are. I would also be against that as well.

Just stop because your points are fucking meaningless.

Is the NRA going to foot the bill on that?

Think about how many schools there are. Does that stop the shootings at night clubs, concerts, or malls? Concert and malls, already have armed guards.

In Florida, bouncers aren't allowed to carry firearms. However, in my local area, that didn't stop one bouncer from shooting and killing his fellow bouncer co-worker over a girl.

Here in we have another problem. More armed guards and more situations where armed guards are going to have mental health problems.

People really need to think this shit out before they post.

one,m they are reported higher here than your country, second, this thread is about guns and the number you speak of relate to all murders, not every murder is done with a gun. If was was going to kill someone, a punch to the throat is much more gratifying!

Was it obviously? I know what he fucking meant there fuckface. I'm not convinced he knew how to spell it though.

If you want to be taken seriously. Proofread your shit or get an education. Whichever applies to you most.

that kind of regulations. like you get caught with a gun in 'x' zip code off you go... or say within 100 yards of a school. that can get passed pretty quick and will be effective with a few searches

and BTW all the hysteria and childish forewarning isn't really necessary for me okay?

years ago , like in 2001-2002 when I was running ads for models I kept having this experience of a guy showing up with the model demanding to paid for a test shot... so I got a gun.... because about 2 years before that a *black guy* went into the apartment next door to me, with a shotgun, and did the 2 girls living there and calmly walked away...

man when that shotgun was going off next door and I only had fucking drywall and a shitty apartment door between me and that shotgun... boy oh boy did I feel STUPID

It's arguments like these that make me actually understand why banning all guns does not make sense within your nation. but I think some control on weapons that can be fired faster mechanically should have tougher restrictions at the same time. It would go a long way into limiting the damage from random crazies from taking out as many as they can. not stop murder, which is impossible.
