Revolut doesn't give you a virtual bank account, transferwise however does so they shouldnt be shafted, but i believe this is either
a) they are being shafted on fees so they removed these options
b) banks have a hard time with these operations because they're gaining more and more ground and pushing them out.

The truth is that Paxum are under special control because they are OK with the porn business. They will never be able to offer a secure and stable service because for the conservative authorities in the US and the EU porn is the equivalent of something bad.

On the other hand, the selective announcement of fragments of the truth, disparaging attitude towards customers and wrongful collection of fees are things that are unacceptable for any business. For example, the lady's behavior from today. She came to tell us which institutions are not banks, neglecting to say why the transfers to an external card don't work or why we paid an annual maintenance fee, in my case also a fee for reissue for a service that does not exist.

I think we'll never receive these new cards ... I'm waiting for mine almost 1 year already. I've created 2 external cards specially to withdraw from paxum, both stoped working after few transactions. Transferwise was a great solution (received their card for a week). The only thing I regret is that I did not pull out all my balance while i had this chance....

Yes I posted about Transferwise and Revolut as they were both mentioned in this thread.

Transfers to external Mastercards are functional. Transfers to external Visa are not currently available. I'm sorry I thought that had already been made clear.

We charge $44.95 USD for the annual card fee. If you do not want the card we can refund the annual card fee at any time.

Operates out of Post Office Box
No Real Headquarter Address on Website
Obscure Support & Questionable Customer Service
Regulatory Troubles with Banks, Cards & Operation in some countries eg: USA

Then add that to cards promised that don't exist, two sales reps in western countries with the rest of the operation hidden from view. Paxum smells.

If Paxum goes belly up, Ruth will be claiming plausible deniability in that she's only a rep and only tells people what she's been told to say. There's zero accountability with Paxum.

How long does it typically take from the time you get an email confirming an EFT payment has been 'initiated' to the time you get a one that says 'completed' ?

I'm sure it varies, but it should not usually take more than 24 hours , right ?

My experience is that usually it takes 12-24 hours. A very few times it takes up to 2 days.

By the way, does anybody understand the limits?
My account (and the front page) states that EFT transaction limit is $3500 and daily limit is $10000.

But when trying two transactions of $3200 only the first works, and support tells me:

It took about 36 hours to get the 'completed' email.

And almost 36 hours later the funds are NOT in my acc.
I guess ill give it until end of business tomorrow.

EFT's should'nt take this long to a standard bank.
Should take max 24 hours.

I'm assuming you did an EFT from Paxum USD to a Canadian Dollar account? If so, what's the conversion rate?
