It was interesting to find out something new in legal terms....
Attempted Obstruction of Justus is not illegal .
You have to actually obstruct it.

But that does not mean it is not high crimes and misdemeanors.

That's not true, Obstruction of justice is in its self a crime. You can be completely innocent of what ever they are investigating but if you attempt to obstruct justice its still a felony.

Barr simply refused to indicte over it.

That is not what I said.
See the word 'ATTEMPTED'
You have to succeed for it to be a crime.
Mueller clearly states that he attempted to but did not because his staff refused to do what he asked.
More than once.

It is more that his staff did not carry out his wishes that saved him.

Crockett has become truly hysterical.

"Ongoing matter" LOL!!

That's not Trump, you conspiracy nutters. It's the people who abused the FISA court to fraudulently get warrants to spy on the Trump campaign. These are serious crimes, leading straight to Obama.

Did you really think they were going to accept any verdict that didn't align with their personal opinion?

One of the main talking points they are touting is Trump saying "I'm fucked, they got me this time.." or something to that effect..

The source for that rock solid impeachment evidence..? Some guys notepad.

They just can't admit how far they have strayed from any type of mature rationale, emotions muddy the waters.

Kind of like Schiff (head of the Intel committee) publicly saying he had/seen evidence of Trumps collusion (and not elaborating anymore than that). Finally when pressed on it.. "It's plain for everyone to see.. Just what he's said and done publicly".

Aka another opinion piece.. From the guy heading the Intel committee no less.. Aka zero evidence.

Really is going to come down to people disagreeing about what is up and what is down.. It's clear the dems are making up the emotions (rules) as they go.

That didn't stick, next!

They are so immature that they have no idea what a dangerous precedent they are setting.. And how this kind of shit will hurt everyone in the future.

All of this boils down to a refusal to accept the fact that they lost.. and someone is in office who's views do not align perfectly with their own.

If you genuinely believe Trump colluded with Russia to steal the election you are a first class moron in deep denial.

Basically, they found attempted obstruction, multiple times.

But decided they could not prosecute a sitting POTUS and left if for Congress because while special council could not prosecute, congress can.
It fits the clause 'high crimes and misdemeanors'.

I figure that is just what will happen. But they need to hear from Mueller first and pick-up where he left off with his evidence.

"Mr. Sessions submitted his resignation, touching off a scramble among White House aides to keep the president from accepting it. While he let Mr. Sessions keep his job, Mr. Trump pocketed his resignation letter and set off fears within the White House that he would wield it to get what he wanted from law enforcement officials.

Reince Priebus, the former White House chief of staff, told Mr. Sessions that the president could use the letter as a kind of “shock collar,” according to the report, and he told Mr. Trump that he had “D.O.J. by the throat.” It took Mr. Priebus two weeks to get the president to hand over the letter."

You are looking at just the aspect of "firing Muller". Trump Fired Comey that's the entire reason the special counsel was started, to look at Obstruction of justice by Trump and finish what Comey started as far as the Russia investigation.

Trump then went on to fire Sessions, He tried to get Rosenstine to then end it.. Then he got Barr in place.. It wasn't 1 thing the Muller report stated 10 instances of Obstruction of justice they investigated.

You do not have to be successful to be charged. He fired Comey and forces Sessions to resign over the Russia investigation that is 100% with out a doubt Obstruction. He simply couldn't fire enough people in order to be successful.. Instead he got Barr to go in front of the public and lie about what the report said.

That once again is obstruction of justice.. Everyone ignored Trump's Obstruction attempts until he got to Barr.. Barr did it it at last point possible and has now obviously been found out..

No, I'm not just looking at that.
I just quoted a juicy piece of the article to entice reading the whole thing.
I am not that narrow. It was a very interesting article.

WRONG. Simply false. The president can fire people, Crockett. You conspiracy nutters think there's some big cover-up with Barr. No, there was just no wrongdoing from Trump. There was no Russia conspiracy. We sane people knew that this whole time. It was a hoax from the sore losers. Crockett, the media keeps stringing you along about Russia. How are you this gullible? Anyone talking about impeachment is an idiot.

The report makes it crystal clear that Donald Trump has spent his entire presidency engaged in a nonstop campaign of obstruction, intimidation and abuse of power.

It plainly details Russia’s assault on your democracy, and it describes a Trump team that gleefully sought to benefit politically and financially from that attack. What’s more, the investigation confirmed that President Trump consistently ordered his advisers to commit acts they believed to be illegal.

More than 30 people and three companies have been indicted as a result of the Mueller investigation, including six members of Trump’s campaign and inner circle. The investigation has also brought in more than $28 million in fines, forfeitures, and restitution from criminals.

And... Its FAR from over.

Part of me has been with those democrats that say just let it go and catch it at the election because the senate will not go along with impeachment.

But even stronger is the fact that this should not be a norm going forward.
This meets the bar for high crimes and mistermenors and should be taken up by the house even if the senate has not enough votes to finish the job.

It's about holding everyone accountable for the job we elected them for. The senators who will not vote for it can answer to the voters for their action as it should be.

None of this can be ignored.
Trump officials will try to muddy the water up as much as they can as they already have been doing.

I say all of this in support of the constitution and holding all politicians accountable for their actions. And I always want them to do their job.

For anyone to not take a vote because they 'don't think they have the votes' denies us the opportunity to find out how any of them will in fact vote. That allows them to lie to the voters and not be held accountable. They do this with legislation all the time. I send my rep's to the capital to submit, evaluate and pass legislation but to often they will not allow it to even come to a vote. Very wrong and is against what we stand for.

Bring the evidence, have the vote and judge it all accordingly.
