You can TERMINATE content piracy

You produce content and videos but your work is stolen as soon as you put it online? You don't want pirates making money off your back? This p**** you off and you stop those MOTHA***** ? SEARCH NO MORE.

Protectmycopyright.com FINDS AND DELETES automatically the copies of your videos that pirates shared online, either on streaming platforms (such as YouPorn, PornHub, etc), on torrents trackers, direct download platforms, etc. We protect any kind of digital content (videos, music, image sets, etc. - and not only Porn). No more online piracy! We strike content that has been robbed, and keep doing that as long as your product is protected.

Hi, my name is Brian, President of Eternos Corporation Ltd., an Irish grown Legaltech. Protectmycopyright is among our latests projects : we wanted to offer to our clients a solution that could solve the problem of online piracy. We've spent the last few months building up that solution, and here it is.

Also works on tablets and phone

During our beta phase, we struck on average 94% of the copies that the online pirates distributed. We already work with a few adult producers and look to expand further. As such, we offer a -50% discount for the next 50 users starting today.

You can find more information on the site , together with the press leaflet release @ protectmycopyright.com/press/ If you have any question, you can drop me a mail at [email protected]
(you can write me in EN/ES/FR/IT)

Most pay sites have a multiple videos content...Your cost of € 8,000 per year is exorbitant....sorry to say.

Question: If a model has her content stolen and uploaded to Pornhub, how does your product actually delete it from Pornhub? Don't you need the users account info? Or do you have some kind of agreement + API or something else that does this?

We submit a DMCA, then it gets removed.
Email or call me later and I'll tell you more about this process.

We don't work with a subscription based system, but with a credit based system.
For instance, if you have let's say 15 videos on your site, that would be, without any discount, 1500 for an yearly protection.
The 8000€ deal is for a 100 credits package, which you can get right now with a 50% off. This means you can protect a single video for 40€ yearly.
Our system is focused around being efficient and working on the whole internet, not just Pornhub or the big sites, but also on much smaller and occult instances and sites.

I have a VOD site with about 60 separate movies. Your " credits" system is very confusing. At 40/ year per movie ( fuck the credits) if it "cleans up" the Internet ( including the torrents, file sharing and the like) on some sort of ongoing bases, then you are not cheap but doable.

I would consider trying you out with 1 or 2 of my most pirated movies and then see what happens. FYI: Sending DMCAs ( I have a person doing almost full time) is ONLY 1/2 of the job, the other 1/2 mostly torrents ignore DMCAs and only ( sometime) take action if you get involved with their host or even Google delisting...Also how do you find the pirated content ?

Maybe you can figure all this out and I am sure you will have many takers. Good luck.

For the big sites, sure, we just send a DMCA after due verifications on our behalf/ Yet PMC is not about getting down unauthorized copies that have been shared only on big platforms such as Pornhub or XVideos : we want that all copies distributed illegally by pirates to be taken down.

DMCA notices work only in the US and with American companies- it's a US regulation-, European sites (whether Eastern or Western) do not care about that. We redact country specific cease&desist notices, and contact all the people related to a non-complying sites.

We do have agreements with a few sites, and will keep doing that as long as the PMC will exist.

We created the credit system to offer a much clearer solution - however i thank you for the input, the site seems to be not clear enough. PMC is made of several part : for the research , we have an AI that meta-searches across those pirate sites that we listed.

For us, taking action with the hosts and Google delisting is standard procedure for all non complying sites, yet we do more.

Hi guys, it looks like I'll be the first one to give a feedback.
I gave a try to the system, and... it works.
90% of stolen content was removed. Wich is huge.

Before I tried to make the content removed mannualy by contacting the hosts.
Almost never work. On VK I could make remove many of my stollen content,
but on all the garbage thief website : NEVER.

for each movie I receive notification by email with the link found for stolen content.
And it's scary. Because 1 movie = around 100 links
Then, a week later, a new notification with the deleted links : and fuck! That's satisfying !
Links are still here to check, but content is removed, or link broken.

The system works. I'll use it for all my content.

90% of content was removed - and how long did it take for 100% of that removed content to get re-uploaded? 5 minutes?

If your content is in high demand, who cares if 99.9% of it is removed if it's just re-uploaded again immediately afterwards?

It gets deleted again, automatically.

Once i was removing my whois info from sites which archiving whois info. When i asked one ukraine or russian site to remove it as well, they said "why we should remove it" and i said "because i asked you" and they removed it then . So yes, there is ways to remove it, just dont call DMCA or any other law which does not apply in host country.

Feel special that activation on gfy has literally taken that long. My account was only activated yesterday. And seeing how this forum is nearly useless, I wasn't in any kind of a rush either.

Anyway, how is the content deleted again automatically? Especially from file lockers that don't play ball and ignore dmca?

DMCA is an american regulation. It's normal they ignore you.

Hi John,
We did a quick search of your content and found 6k links in the 1st hour of our search through DigiRegs.
So I'm curious how this service makes sense or is possible to delete 90%. Perhaps they are doing takedowns for only sites they know they can have a 90% take down rate on.
A representative will post the result for you shortly so you can see all the takedown links missed.

@CordaCash, I'm not sure what PMC is claiming here, we did a quick search using the brands you posted above,
and found the following content is still live across 8,824 confirmed links off piracy sites.
Blogs and Torrents making up the majority of links, and still indexed by google and other search engines.
We don't claim 90% removal, but we can have 35-90% of these removed for you within 48 hours to a week.
I'm only posting this as the 90% removal does not seem legitimate, and the costs is exorbitant.
We would even be able to have your content removed in real time through our DigiRegs API through digital
fingerprinting off partner sites who comply regularly with DMCA's.
Let us know if we can help, I'll write you privately. I can send you the links to verify yourself.

How about content that’s behind the pay site? Years ago one particular thief bought a dvd I’d produced, on a stolen credit card and uploaded it to his pay site of stolen content

Chargeback, he stripped my url from the dvd and he changed hosts to a Russian server.

DMCA was useless.

DMCA the payment processor, registrar, web host, etc.

Perhaps those who do this regularly can comment, but I always felt directly DMCA'ing the site owner is a waste. It may be the fastest way to get links down, but there's no real pressure where it counts the most.

On the other hand, getting an email from your source of income telling you to take down the content...

Hi Zenra,
Professionals in the business like DigiRegs, and DMCAForce are able to send it to all 3 in an automated way that is documented.
Not to mention DigiRegs has direct API's into 30+ sites to remove content instantly before it hits the site or the day that it does.

DMCA is just one of many tools people should take advantage of.

I like the concept, but the pricing makes it hard to justify. With the 50% discount and we only protected our 4K scenes and and not the other 4000 HD scenes we have, we'd be paying $21k a year and growing. Hard to justify that.

For sure, you should try out DigiRegs and DMCAForce, they don't have that issue and are more thorough and have a long track record.

How do you fingerprint your videos without having to host all the stuff on the " fingerpint" provider like Autograph ?

Sorry Juicy I answered a wrong post...

Hey Lion how do you fingerprint without having host the content there ( like Autograph) ? And is it similar to that , where when you find pirated content you are able to detect the source ( IP ??) of the pirate ?
