Why do content not get delivered? This is not the first time, it is almost like a constant state, always late and always excuses and then dropped communication.

Sometimes AFSC has some issues... However- if I'm just contacted directly I can easily get the content delivered any other way. The content package above does not involve afsc and the delivery method is HDD
