So far I've been approached by a number of content providers trying to "SELL" me content. I'm not looking for that. Attention content providers. If you don't have "exclusive" niche orientated content we can't make any money together.

Ive been in the biz forever and one thing Ive learned is partnerships like this NEVER work out. That being said Ive known you awhile and you wouldn't steer people wrong. I may be interested but have you done any on these with anyone yet. Which sites. can I contact them for follow ups. How do you allow content owner to track sales.

I know I'm a newbie but I need to disagree with this statement.

Overall I'd say you're right but there are those who are good for these kind of business deals. To say "NEVER" is a bit extreme.

It all depends on the content, quality, and the niche. I have turned down many content providers simply because I didn't think that their content would sell for one reason or another.
