:stop Worst content selling company

Hey Guys,

I wanted to share my experience dealing with AFSC with you guys. I was buying content from them since 2013 and whenever I order any content, I receive an email from them that soon I will receive my license from them to use this content. So, I purchased a lot of content from them and was hoping that they will soon send me that license, but I didn't receive any. I asked their sales representative Tristan Brewer ([email protected]) to send that license to me as they are selling the content of KEMACO Studios and I received a DMCA request from that studio Eloise ([email protected]). When I told that studio that I purchased their content from AFSC, they told me that AFSC is illegally selling their content and they are going to take a legal action against them.

So, I asked Tristan about it and the first thing he said is "They are lying". I didn't want to ruin my websites by arguing with any company, so I simply removed their content and asked Tristan to send me my license and he told me that his colleague Jon will send me that license, which he never sent me. So, after a few weeks, I again sent him this email, "Haven't received any email/license from Jon. Can you ask him or give me his email?"

This was the response I received from Tristan "As I said.... you need to stop lying. Below is the email Kelly sent you DECEMBER 20, with the license attached. Your account is officially banned." I checked my whole Inbox/Spam/Trash and there was no email from Kelly/Jon/Tristan. Plus, why would I lie about receiving a piece of paper that I actually paid for? This is how they treat their old/regular customers.

So, they banned my account and removed all the content which I paid for. I advise all of you don't purchase any content from them without asking the studios whose content they are selling or just don't make a big order. I purchased a lot of content from many sellers on GFY and never had any issue with anyone. Everyone is so great and helpful while these motherfuckers are just trying to scam everyone. I have seen many other threads on GFY where people are complaining about them.

Nothing like a little childlike drama. It's always good when someone gives their side of the story and omits 90% of the truth.

Lets get the facts straight.

Kash was contacted on 12/30 and notified that his cart had a lot of content in it, along with some expired packages from earlier in 2017. We notified him that on 1/1/18 we were going to purge all the carts of expired packages and content, as we do every year. So we notified him as a courtesy to see if he wanted to checkout and pay for his cart (at a 75% discount), otherwise it would be purged.

Kash replied same day that he wanted to make a deal for the content, but before he could make any deal he needed to get a copy of his license for past orders so could we give him more time with his cart.

We replied that we had sent him the license almost 2 weeks prior.

He then replied with ""Stop fucking with me. YOU ARE LYING YOU LYING. Why would I ask you for a fuckin license twice? Are you mad? Now I know why everyone hesitates to work with a piece of shit like you.""

We replied to Kash with the read receipt from 12/20 showing the email and attached license was emailed and read on 12/20 and we also supplied a copy of that email and attached license.

Kash's reply to that was mere silence.

Kash, your account was banned because of the language you used towards our rep in your email. We have the right to ban accounts for matters such as that.

If we are such a bad company, why would you be buying from us consistently since 2012, 19 orders? You love our content and our prices and our download system is great and fast. We love our customers, especially a 19 time repeat customer, but under no circumstances will we accept that kind of abuse, regardless of a sale.

Also, as for downloads, we made sure before banning you that all of your prior orders had shown as 100% completely downloaded by you to your IP address.

You were banned because your email was abusive.

Why are you only pasting half of the email? You should tell everyone why in the first place I asked about the license when I never asked about it before? I received MANY DMCA requests from different studios asking to remove their content and when I told them I purchased it from AFSC, most of them laughed at me and said They scammed you as well? If any of you guys don't believe me, ask Eloise from KEMACO who's content they are still selling under the WOODMAN studio name on their website.

I asked about the license and they didn't reply my email and started sending me their packages & newletters. I asked for the license again and Tristan said he will ask Jon to send it to me. No one did. Then I asked again for it and the first line he wrote was "You are lying", which he said about Eloise (KEMACO Studio). So, everyone is lying except these motherfuckers.

I think we all should make a complaint to GFY and kick them out of GFY as well because they are just scamming and ruining the experience of content purchase and doing business with the real people. If you guys agree, let me know.

Mostly we used to shoot our own content for only our clients and then we decided to start a tube website and fill it with a lot of content. We started purchasing their content because it was cheap and their license included everything. We were never able to find time to start that tube site and ended up having all the content on some hard drives in our storage room. A couple of months ago, We started some niche based paysites as a test and uploaded the content we purchased from them. Within a couple of weeks, we started receiving DMCA and we didn't pay attention to them at the start as we knew that it was a non-exclusive content and everyone is trying to push the others.

Then we received a DMCA request from KEMACO studio and that was a big issue for us because it was the actual content producer and we know how much everyone loves their content and don't want it to be ruined by anyone else. So, we removed their content and asked AFSC to send us a license so that we can show to anyone who files a DMCA request that we have a proper license for this content and then this drama started.

Kash, I get it.... you're upset your account got banned. But you got banned because you got really aggressive and abusive in your emails.

I'm sorry but your credibility here is non-existent, you've placed 19 orders and been a customer for 6 years, so for you to talk about how horrible we are is directly contradicted by your loyalty to us. And we are sad to see you get banned, but again, we can't allow someone to be so abusive as you were.

As for bringing Kemaco into the issue, something you were emailed about prior to December 20 and you were satisfied with.

The Kemaco issue has clearly been shot down on another forum by multiple people. First they claimed theft, then they acknowledged a contract but said it's not legal. They were confronted by a 3rd partry who read the contract (direct quote)

""Why would you ever sign a contract you didn't read or understand?

Sorry but I don't believe that. You agreed to reseller rights in exchange for free content from the original buyer. I think you knew what you were giving away in exchange for what you were getting.

I read the contract and paragraph 2.4 makes it clear what these rights are. Couldn't be more clear.""
.... and after reading that comment their final reply to the issue was (and this is a direct quote)
""This contrat is under californian law so maybe we don't understand it well... maybe this concrat indeed autorise the reseller to do whatever he wants, to sell resell, reresell indefinitly all the right and even to exchange it any times he wants. Maybe... But if so, then we will consider that this materiel is definitly spoiled, fucked and valuless... and we will give it for free to anyone who claims it. ""
A lot of maybe's, and yet the contract was received, read and signed by all parties.

To sum up Kemaco's position, they don't like the fact that we offer bulk low cost deals to our thousands of customers, as it's impacting their sales, so they claim fraud and theft until someone corners them on the exact language of the contract, and finally they say "well dont buy from them we will give it to you free".

We love Kemaco, we love all the studios we offer, its great premium content, but this is our model. We offer bulk deals to webmasters to help keep them in business. Times are tough for programs, just look how many programs have died out over the last decade. By offering low costs to webmasters and program owners for content, it allows many of them to stay competitive in this business without being burdened by high costs of content. We have many customers, big and small, like Kash who have been ordering from us since 2009. We could sell 10 premium HD scenes to whales for $60 per scene, but instead we prefer to sell 100 premium HD scenes to everyone for $1 per scene to level the playing field and give the smaller programs a shot. We're the ones taking the risk, no one else.

Again, sorry Kash, but we cant allow that kind of abusive behavior towards our reps. Maybe one day in the future we can reconsider you and you continue buying as you have for 6 years.

Did you take time to read the emails your REP sent me? The first thing he wrote in all of those emails was "YOU ARE LYING". Is this how you treat your loyal customers? If someone calls you a liar without any reason, would you still talk nicely to them? Read all of my emails from the day one and I don't think I ever misbehaved with anyone. It's not in my nature, but I can't resist someone to call me a liar when all I was asking him that I didn't receive a license. Is it really that big of a thing that you guys had to call me a lier when I paid you for all the content that I purchased and it is my right to get the license?

There are so many reasons/possibilities that a mail is lost and didn't receive by a customer. We all faced that issue. Does that give a right to a company to call his LOYAL customers a lier? I was so upset because of that and he deserved to be called a PIECE OF SHIT.

If you don't have any proofs, let me know and I will provide you all the screenshots of our conversation and then you will see who started using a vulgar language.

Apparently you didn't follow your own advice and do the research of this thread alone..

He got all his content, he had been a customer for over 6 years, made 19 orders over 6 years, so for you to say he got burned shows your inability to read or comprehend..

He was banned from our site or from ordering in the future because of abusive emails.
